First Trust Global Portfolios Management Limited has announced the declaration of distributions for several sub-funds operating under the First Trust Global Funds ICAV umbrella.
The distributions cover multiple funds collectively referred to as the Funds, each advised by First Trust Advisors L.P., a privately owned US-based financial services firm.
The expected ex-dividend date for the declared distributions is 25 June 2026, with a record date set for 26 June 2026.
Investors can expect the payable date to fall on 30 June 2026, completing the distribution cycle for this period.
First Trust Advisors L.P. is registered as an investment adviser with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and advises a range of Irish domiciled UCITS funds.
The Funds’ distributors are FTGPM and First Trust Global Portfolios Limited, known as FT UK, which was established in December 2011 as a UK-based and FCA-regulated distributor and advisor.
FTA, together with its affiliates, has total assets under management or supervision in excess of $342 billion as of 30 April 2026, reflecting the firm’s significant scale across global markets.
FTGPM serves as the management company of the First Trust Global Funds ICAV umbrella and is authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland, with reference number CBI00185737.
The Funds are open-ended sub-funds of the First Trust Global Funds ICAV, an umbrella UCITS fund established as an Irish collective asset-management vehicle with UCITS registered number C99076.
The ICAV is a recognised collective investment scheme under section 264 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 in the United Kingdom, though the Funds themselves are not regulated by the FCA.
Investors are reminded that the Funds’ shares may change in value and may go down as well as up, meaning investors could potentially lose some or all of their invested capital.
Market risks include factors such as general economic conditions, political events, regulatory developments, changes in interest rates, and ongoing geopolitical conflicts that could significantly affect fund performance.
