The development achieved record-breaking sales exceeding AED 13 billion within days of its launch, marking the highest publicly recorded sales value for a single residential project launch in the UAE.
A total of 1,700 residences were sold within those first few days, spanning an exclusive collection of golf mansions, villas, and townhouses.
The project attracted significant international interest, with 15% of buyers being non-UAE residents and 81% being new customers to Modon.
