CG Life, the PE-backed scientific commercialisation agency founded in 2003, has agreed to merge with AI-native agency The Considered+AI in a deal announced this week.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, though the combination brings together two agencies both recognised as 2026 MM+M Agency 100 honorees.
The Considered+AI was founded in 2021 as a remote-first agency specifically built around artificial intelligence as a core operating model rather than a later-stage addition.
Since its founding, the agency has supported seven major product launches and grown its client roster from six to eleven over the past year.
The Considered+AI’s revenue more than doubled, rising from $10.1 million in 2024 to $21.1 million in 2025, reflecting rapid growth in demand for AI-native agency services.
CG Life itself has seen strong momentum, with its client base expanding from 30 to 45 last year, pushing revenue from $30 million to $35 million.
The agency specialises in commercialising treatments for rare, specialty, and hard-to-treat diseases, with capabilities spanning strategy, creative, public relations, digital, omnichannel engagement, and launch support.
CG Life CEO David Ormesher described the deal as a deliberate move to lead industry transformation rather than simply adapt to it, saying “this acquisition demonstrates CG Life’s commitment to leading the transformation of scientific commercialization to drive greater success for our clients.”
Ormesher also pointed to a shared entrepreneurial culture as a key foundation for the partnership, noting “Dave and I are both entrepreneurs.”
The Considered+AI founder Dave Hunt will continue to lead that agency as CEO following the acquisition, while also joining CG Life’s board and retaining a significant shareholding.
Ormesher indicated he has no intention of disrupting the culture or client relationships that have driven The Considered+AI’s growth since its founding.
The combined entity will position itself as a credible alternative to larger traditional agency networks, blending CG Life’s rare disease and precision medicine expertise with The Considered+AI’s AI-driven talent amplification model.
Both agencies have framed the merger as an opportunity to commercialise therapies with greater precision, differentiation, and impact for clients operating in highly specialised therapeutic areas.
