Harvey, the legal AI company, and PacerPro, the court data platform, have announced an integration partnership connecting litigation teams with their firm’s complete court record.
The partnership gives lawyers working inside Harvey direct access to filings, case context, and docket history from both active and previously handled matters.
PacerPro captures state and federal court filings as they post, linking each document to its case and docket history and organising that activity into a continuously updated litigation record.
Despite being central to litigation work, this information has historically lived outside the tools lawyers use to research, draft, and analyse case materials.
Until now, connecting those things required lawyers to retrieve filings manually, reconstruct case history, search document management systems for prior work, and assemble context before substantive work could begin.
Under the new integration, a court filing becomes the starting point for action, with the matter record supplying context and the firm’s litigation history supplying relevant experience.

The integration is designed to support common litigation workflows including state and federal docket monitoring, litigation workflow automation, and real-time filing alerts, with PacerPro serving as the underlying court data infrastructure.
In practical terms, when a dispositive motion arrives, PacerPro provides the motion alongside the operative pleadings, earlier briefing, prior rulings, and procedural history behind it.
Harvey can then help the lawyer understand the argument, identify what matters in the record, and draw on relevant work the firm has previously completed on similar questions.
When a court order issues, the team can assess the ruling in the context of preceding arguments and draw on the firm’s prior matters to determine what comes next.
Megan McMillin, legal innovation partner at Harvey, said PacerPro’s track record with litigation teams made the choice of partner straightforward from the outset.
