Welcome to London Insider! Today we have Dmitrii Voistrochenko, founder of MPsimple, an analytics service created specifically for the Wildberries marketplace. Wildberries is one of the top 10 marketplaces in the world and operates in all CIS countries, including Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Azerbaijan. Dmitry will share with us the history of the creation of his service, its mission and what helps it to develop successfully.
Dmitrii, tell us why you decided to found MPsimple?
The idea to create MPsimple came from personal experience. My wife started doing business on Wildberries, and we quickly realised that the market lacked convenient tools created by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. Those services that existed were either too expensive or complicated for beginners. I realised that I could create an accessible and understandable tool that would be really useful.
What helps you to successfully develop your service?
The key success factor is my deep understanding of marketplace processes and the main problems that suppliers face. We have gone through all these difficulties ourselves, so I know what an effective analytical tool should be. In addition, constant feedback from our users allows us to improve the service and add new features.
What was the most difficult part of developing MPsimple?
The most difficult thing was to create an interface that could accommodate a huge number of indicators while remaining simple and easy to understand for users. I had to find a balance between functionality and usability so that suppliers could analyse their data quickly and efficiently.
How do you see the future of MPsimple and what are your plans for development?
We plan to expand the functionality of the service by adding new analytical tools and automation capabilities. In addition, we are working on expanding our presence on international markets, including integration with major platforms such as Amazon. This will allow our users to optimise business processes across multiple marketplaces simultaneously. We are committed to helping vendors around the world reach new heights.
What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs who want to start selling on marketplaces?
My main advice is not to be afraid to start and experiment. Use available analytical tools to better understand the market and your customers. It is also important to constantly learn and adapt to changes. Marketplaces offer huge opportunities, and the main thing is to find your niche and offer a product that will be in demand.
Thank you, Dmitrii , for sharing your story and valuable tips. Your experience and achievements are sure to inspire our readers.
