According to allegations in the media, a court in Bucharest extended the orders for the arrest of Andrew Tate, his brother Tristan, and two other suspects.
After Andrew Tate lost his plea to have his incarceration in the month of December 2022 ended, he, his brother, and two other suspects have been imprisoned in Romania on charges of rape and human trafficking.
They have all four refuted the allegations.
Andrew Tate, a former influencer who was also a kickboxing world champion, has previously called married women “property” that belongs to their spouses.
Local media in Romania, where he is being imprisoned, stated that two other detained Romanian women will now be kept under home arrest.
Andrew Tate asserted his innocence earlier this month and maintained the claims against him are unsupported by any evidence.
He even said, “You’ll find out the truth of this case soon”.
On December 29, 2022, Andrew Tate and his brother were taken into custody, and according to Romanian authorities, they had taken property and funds worth close to £3.25 million from his residence.
