Madonna has tweeted a picture of the pair strategizing in the recording studio on Monday to reveal her collaboration with producer Max Martin.
“When in Doubt go to Work ……….. Nothing shuts Down the Noise or the Naysayers More than being in the Creative Process !!” the 64-year-old Material Girl singer tweeted with the hashtag “maxmartin.”
In the image, Madonna and Martin both appeared to be deeply focused as they scribbled on notepads.
The two artists are working together as Madonna gets ready to go on tour later this year.
Martin is a music producer that has collaborated with a number of artists, including Britney Spears, Celine Dion, Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande, and others.
According to The Atlantic, he has written or collaborated on 25 songs that have reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Many of his songs were included in the Shakespearean-inspired stage production & Juliet in 2019.
The announcement was made as Madonna unveiled five of her “House Rules” on Sunday night.
In her most recent Instagram Stories clip, the singer displayed a sign and listed five basic house rules that she expects her family members to follow.
Positive affirmations that the Queen of Pop included on her short list were the reminders to “smile,” “be happy,” and “listen to others.”
The rules also included “speak kindly” and “be happy with what you have.”
According to a DailyMail.com article, she is currently dating 29-year-old boxing coach Josh Popper.
The iconic pop singer held a straight face while holding the sign to her chest in the single shot.
Madonna is the mother of two sons and four daughters.
