Yieldmo, an advertising platform focused on improving digital ad experiences through creative technology and AI, has appointed Anthony Flaccavento as its new Chief Revenue Officer.
In the role, Flaccavento will oversee all aspects of Yieldmo’s global revenue organisation, including sales, account management, supply partnerships, and overall go-to-market execution.
His appointment comes as Yieldmo continues to accelerate growth and expand its offerings across premium media, AI-powered advertising solutions, and sports-focused experiences.
Flaccavento will help scale global demand for Ymax.ai, Yieldmo’s AI-powered platform built to help brands achieve stronger Business outcomes and maximise media performance.
Reporting directly to the CEO, he will lead revenue strategy across the Americas and UK, deepening relationships with brands, agencies, publishers, and strategic partners worldwide.

Flaccavento brings more than a decade of leadership experience across ad Tech, media, and digital advertising, having spent more than 12 years in senior sales leadership positions.
He most recently served as General Manager at Ogury, and previously held the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Nexxen, formerly known as Tremor Video, where he helped scale the company’s connected TV and multiscreen video business.
He has also held leadership roles with consumer media brands including Complex, MAXIM Magazine, and Athlon Media Group.

Alongside Flaccavento’s appointment, Yieldmo announced several further leadership changes, including the promotion of Holly Danko to Chief People Officer, overseeing talent development, organisational culture, and employee engagement.
Eddie Ishak was promoted to Chief Experience Officer, leading the vision and execution of Yieldmo’s product experience across the business.
Sumeet Gala has joined the company as Vice President of AI and Engineering, bringing previous experience working on Adobe’s image search technology to advance Yieldmo’s AI innovation capabilities.
The expanded executive team spanning revenue, people, product experience, and AI engineering reflects Yieldmo’s continued investment in innovation, growth, and partner success across the advertising landscape.
