Kelly Brook opens up on her weight issues as she makes big admission

Kelly Brook claims that now that she is married, she is "happiest with my physique," as previous heartbreak had caused her to feel "not good enough."

After years of insecurities, Kelly Brook claims she is now happier than she has ever been with her body.

The 43-year-old model, who became a sex icon thanks to her pin-up photo sessions in the 1990s, attributes overcoming her body-image issues to her husband Jeremy Parisi.

In a sincere interview, Kelly admits that she was the most unhappy when she was at her leanest since she had lost weight due to sadness.

“When you experience breakups and other similar events, it definitely affects your diet, and some of my skinniest moments were also some of my most sad times.”

“It’s no coincidence I’m the happiest with my body now I’m married, I love my job, I love my colleagues, I’m older and everyone in my family seems to be healthy, touch wood.”

Kelly claims that even while she is the happiest she has ever been, it can be easy to fall prey to negative emotions about her appearance, which she held “even when I was a lot slimmer.”

The radio broadcaster has a history of well-known relationships dating back to when she initially rose to fame.

Kelly dated action actor Jason, 55, from 1998 until 2004 while she was only 18 years old. Jason is currently engaged to actress and model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, 35.

She next dated Hollywood actor Billy Zane, 56, with whom she was involved from 2004 until 2008, when they called off their engagement.

Between 2008 and 2010, Kelly dated 35-year-old rugby player Danny Cipriani on and off before moving on to Thom, a 37-year-old Scottish rugby player.

The model miscarried in May 2011, two months after the pair announced they were expecting a baby girl, causing great heartache for the couple who had been together for two years.
